Concert Touring is a completely ‘Irregular Route’ opportunity. We operate in all 48, and all Canada. Rare Alaska trip. No Mexico.

The load is different in entertainment touring. You are typically loaded with the same or similar gear for every show. You are not picking up from DC’s (Distribution Centers).

We pay per DAY, no matter how many miles you drive, EVEN ZERO miles are paid days if you are away from home.

Our drivers are part of the process, but they are supported by a dedicated crew of loaders. The driver’s role is to oversee safe loading practices and ensure all gear is accounted for and properly secured. A driver’s responsibility does not extend beyond the tailgate of the trailer—they are not responsible for assembling the show.

No. With the exception of our Nashville based drivers, our trips canvas all of U.S. and Canada. Touring is much different than dedicated freight.

  • You will have a few cash reimbursements to settle. Approved expenses are paid weekly.
  • Our Transponder will pay all tolls on the EZ Pass system.
  • Toll-by Plate fees will be paid by the office. Approved cash tolls will be reimbursed.

  • The perks of touring include access to dressing rooms at venues for Showers and other sanitary needs.
  • Touring production offices often utilize ‘runners’ which can get your laundry to and from a ‘Fluff and Fold’ type laundry on the same day.

Orientation varies between 1-2 days, dependent on experience and timing of tours. Includes both classroom instruction and hands-on training where needed.
